We’ll start this Program with the most important element of life… breath. The most essential thing we can do for our physical, mental, and emotional well-being is to bring awareness to our breath and learn to breathe with both expansion and compression. By breathing more efficiently and increasing the amount of oxygen intake, which helps get our metabolism fired up and burn excess fat.

Beyond just realigning and reshaping the lower body, this week’s workout relates to the idea of standing on your own two feet.  In this workout, we’re going to find proper alignment for the lower body, which creates the solid foundation we all need to stand taller and stronger and bring more fluidity into our entire being.

This week relates to the way we progress through our lives. The legs are the workhorses of the body. This session will also help to flush toxins, elongate and strengthen the legs and thighs, and reduce the bulkiness throughout the legs.

This week we will be working on creating a more uplifted and grounded self that will allow us to more easily expand when we need to, whether from a physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual standpoint. Thanks to our old friend gravity, many of us experience an all-too-familiar pattern of our ribs collapsing onto the hips.  But this week’s workout will rectify this so your body starts to expand and stand tall.

This week we will be working on creating a more uplifted and grounded self that will allow us to more easily expand when we need to, whether from a physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual standpoint. This week is all about connecting to one of the strongest parts of the body: the booty. The tush is incredibly important when it comes to creating a stable, agile foundation and in protecting the knees and spine… not to mention, it always looks amazing with some added tone! Strong, toned, supple glutes are integral to the proper functioning and support of the legs, pelvis, and spine.

 This week’s workout focuses on opening, lengthening, and releasing soft tissue tension from your hips which will help to free your entire body from pain, compression, and heaviness. Not only that, but working with the hips creates more flexibility, more balanced tone and fluidity of movement, and even improves circulation in the spine and legs.

This week we’ll be releasing and strengthening this area, which also creates balance in the muscles of the inner legs and the pelvic floor and allows us to deeply connect with our own authentic power in all areas of life. It’s amazing how releasing the tight, rigid, physical blockage of energy that builds up in the pelvis and hips frees up both our bodies and our lives to transform in sometimes-miraculous ways.

This week we’ll be releasing and strengthening this area, which also creates balance in the muscles of the inner legs and the pelvic floor and allows us to deeply connect with our own authentic power in all areas of life. It’s amazing how releasing the tight, rigid, physical blockage of energy that builds up in the pelvis and hips frees up both our bodies and our lives to transform in sometimes-miraculous ways.

We’ll work on properly aligning the pelvis to its correct and neutral position, and connect you to your psoas muscles which will help your look and feel taller and flatten the tummy too, not to mention help improve abdominal organ function.

This week’s workout focuses on the pelvis and psoas to strengthen and help ‘re-organize’ the core and release and connect to the deepest muscles of the pelvis and core. What we are going to do this week is to create that sensation of lifting up, just like a champagne cork lifts itself up and out of a bottle—only, in this case, your head and neck are the cork. Throughout these sequences, we’ll bring awareness to the top of your core and free up any tension or excess stress.
